Aquatic exercise in our therapy pool offers a friendly, kid-free atmosphere. Whether you are taking a class led by one of our trainers or enjoying the warm pool on your own, we're sure you will benefit significantly from the time you spend here.
Our 34 by 20-foot pool is heated to 90 degrees, so you can get your aquatic cardio therapy exercises done without overheating, but not be cold either.
For your non-cardio therapy aquatic exercises, we offer a 7 by 10 hot-soak pool heated to a comfortable 96 degrees, ensuring you feel great during your session.

AQUA DEEP WATER CLASS
Impact free running, cross country skiing, split jacks, and other super buoyant moves without touching the bottom of the pool. Don't worry about not being able to swim or tread water for a long time, because your buoyancy will be enhanced with our waist flotation device. You will get a fully flotational workout that relieves all the stress gravity puts on your joints while improving muscle tone and range of motion. Excellent for arthritic clients and those with acute injuries.
AQUA PILATES CLASS
You've had Pilates on the mat; you've done the reformer; now try those moves in the water! Build muscle tone and improve range of motion at a moderate pace with attention to control, flowing movement, concentration, centering, breathing, precision, routine, isolation, creating powerhouse strength, and maximizing flexibility.
AQUA ZUMBA CLASS
Splash your way into shape with this invigorating low-impact aquatic exercise. Known as the Zumba® "pool party," the Aqua Zumba program gives new meaning to the idea of a refreshing workout. Integrating the Zumba philosophy with traditional aquatic fitness disciplines, Aqua Zumba® blends it all into a workout that's cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief.
ARTHRITIS FIBROMYALGIA RELIEF CLASS (AI CHI)
Many people who are affected by arthritis or fibromyalgia find that the only place where they can get exercise regularly without exacerbating pain is in a pool. Studies have found that group water-based exercise programs for a year produced significant reductions in pain and improvements in function.
Our class is based on the aquatic version of Tai Chi, otherwise known as Ai Chi. Ai Chi is a graceful form of exercise that involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. It combines Tai-Chi and Qi Gong concepts with Watsu techniques. It is performed standing in shoulder depth warm water.
The benefits of an Ai Chi exercise program are:

- Greater range of motion and ability
- Increased core and muscle strength

In Traditional Chinese Medicine - chi (Qi or life energy), moves through the body, promoting vitality and health. Problems with the flow of chi are linked to decease, and Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners believe that restoring its proper flow is the key to good health.
BAD RAGAZ METHOD
The Bad Ragaz Method an active one-on-one aquatic physical therapy concept that adapted for personal training. Since 1240 this aquatic practice has been performed in a small town of Switzerland called Bad Ragaz. The techniques developed there have been honed over time and are being brought to you here at PARADISE!
Aqua Gym Circuit
Our Aqua Gym Circuit is an exciting High-Intensity-Interval-Training (HIIT) style program. You can choose from a 1-hour class or our 30-minute Express workout, and you will get to cycle through our state-of-the-art aquatic equipment. This Aqua Shoulder Machine is a specific apparatus for strength training, rehabilitation, and functional recovery of the upper limbs and shoulder. You can perform a cycling motion with your arms in either direction, and it's a great way to strengthen your upper body and alleviate sore elbows, shoulders, and more.

Ai Chi Pain Relief
Ai Chi is a water exercise and relaxation practice that is composed of deep breathing and slow, continuous movements. Originally based on Tai Chi and Qi Gong, Ai Chi has been clinically proven to aid in fatigue, balance, strength, stiffness, and pain.
