Title: Paradise's Artist Appreciation Raffle Official Rules
Eligibility:
The Giveaway is open to all clients of Paradise, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Paradise, and their immediate family members and persons living in the same household, are not eligible to participate.
Giveaway Period:
*The Giveaway begins on [Thursday February 1st 2024] at [9am] and ends on [Friday April 12th] at [9am] (the "Giveaway Period").
All entries must be received within the Giveaway Period to be eligible.
How to Enter:
To enter the Giveaway, participants must provide their full name and contact information to Paradise.
Limit one entry per vote of favorite painting
Prize:
The prize for the Giveaway will be one hand painted art piece created by Carolyn Prentiss
The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitutions are permitted.
[Paradise reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.
Winner Selection:
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
*The drawing will be conducted within [3] days after the Giveaway Period ends.
*The winner will be notified via phone and email, and they must respond within 3 days to claim the prize.
If the winner fails to respond within the specified time, an alternate winner may be selected.
Publicity Release:
By participating in the Giveaway, the winner grants Paradise the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation or consent.
General Conditions:
Paradise reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway, as determined by Paradise in its sole discretion.
Paradise reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or violating these rules.
The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
Limitation of Liability:
Paradise and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, or misdirected entries or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by Paradise due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof.
By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to release and hold Paradise harmless from any and all claims, damages, expenses, costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, or liabilities brought or asserted by any third party against Paradise arising out of or in connection with their participation in the Giveaway or use of the prize.
Privacy:
Any personal information collected from participants in connection with the Giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will be subject to Paradise's privacy policy.
Winners List:
To obtain a copy of the winner's name or a copy of these Official Rules, send a request along with a self-addressed, stamped envelope to 3430 Executive Pointe Way, Carson City, NV 89706. *Requests must be received no later than [3] days after the end of the Giveaway Period.
By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with any social media platform used to promote it.
Paradise reserves the right to amend or modify these Official Rules or to terminate the Giveaway at any time, without prior notice.
